volunteers are trained in all aspects of caring for horses and working
with the public. Experienced or inexperienced, we all share in
tasks such as mucking stalls. As your skills and experience
improve, you can move up on the trail rides as a back rider.Some examples of volunteer tasks are: greeting the public, assisting in pony programs, grooming and saddling horses, leading pony rides, mucking stalls, sweeping the alleyway, feed room & tack room, checking and or cleaning the water troughs, moving horses from outside to a stall or visa versa, clean tack, just to name a few................................
