Rules and Requirements for Lessons and Leasing Giant City Stables has important rules to be followed by all lesson participants, and also for those leasing horses for their lessons. Giant City Stables offers group and private riding lessons for English and Western riding disciplines as well as Speed Events.  Our studends not only learn to be safe and confident riders, they also learn all aspects of horse care, includng grooming, tacking and barn chores.  Lessons are available to the general public. You may use your own horse or a lesson horse will be provided for you.  Individuals who choose to participate in our lesson program must have the ability to follow and execute oral instructions. Private Lessons 1/2 Hour    $25.00 1 Hour   $30 - $40 Monthly Group Lesson 4 Lessons per month   $120 Wednesdays 5:30 - 7:00 pm Starting May 16, 2008 Leasing We have certain lesson horses available for lease.  These horses are available to students currently enrolled in our lesson program.  The horses are available to supplement the student's ride time outside of their scheduled lessons to improve riding skill.  The leasing  agreement is a 3 month contract, with 8 or 12 hours per month of riding time pre-arranged at the start of the lease.  These hours are scheduled on specific days at specific times which times which must stay consistent throughout the entire 3 month period.   8 riding hours per month  $120.00 12 riding hours per month $180.00
